This Privacy Notice is designed to provide you with information regarding data collection and use in connection with our products and services that post or include a link to this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice explains how Impax Communication uses the data collected by its web sites, products, and services, but does not apply to databases or third parties that we do not control. Impax Communication is located in the United States. The records we use are limited to and obtained from within North America, and some of our products and services are limited for use only in the United States and its territories.

We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer/phone, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
8. How do you access and control your personal information?
You may use your account to access, correct, or change any personal information that you have provided to us or that is associated with your account. Please note that your ability to correct or change your personal information does not extend to information that we have received from third parties.

Please note that you may still receive account and billing notices from us, if applicable. Our services include products that are integrated into third-party apps, sites, like ads and embedded Google Maps and social media apps. 9. How do you opt-out of Receiving Commercial E-Mail Messages. In addition, (i) you may request not to receive (i.e., “opt-out” of receiving) commercial e-mail messages from us (on a category-by category basis), in writing by emailing JTingo@IMPAXCommunication.com . Please note that we reserve the right to send certain types of e-mail messages that are not subject to opt-out to online users, including those who have opted out of receiving commercial e-mail messages.
(a) Children’s privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly publish information for anyone under the age of 18.
